Cannot buy EA play on playstation

So I've been trying for a couple of days to buy EA play but I can't , the total cost of the subscription is 4.99$ and I have more than that in my wallet funds but as soon as I try to buy it , it sends me to a page asking for a PayPal or CC paying method , I thought this was a glitch from ps4 but I tried with other games and I could buy them successfully, I've attached an image to help you understand better , thank you

Hey @eyadgamer565 do you have a credit card linked to your PSN account?

For issues with billing on PSN you would need to reach out to PSN support.

No , I do not have any PayPal or Credit card attached to my PSN account , this glitch seems to be happening only with the 1 month subscription for some reason , If I try to buy the 12 month subscription I am able to buy it but with the 1 month I'm not able
