CANT BUY EA PLAY PRO SAUDI ARABIA

i cant buy EA PLAY PRO anymore i tried the same card i used last year and its not working 
i tried 6 different cards from different banks and still no luck i dont know what to anymore and there no paypal option on my country SAUDI ARABIA 
and i cant even contact live chat as the drop menu is not working .

and it looks like there not more retailers selling EA PLAY PRO membership code so i am stuck here i cant play my games or anything i tried so many times with so many different Devices and Cards

    Thanks for the info, please try the following steps:

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

    Is there a specific error message or error code you're seeing when you try to purchase your membership?

    Your action can not proceed try agian later or try different method 
    i tried 3 diff banks 
    and 6 debit cards
