First of all thank you for your response and attempts to resolve this.
All prior attempts were with Windows and Android devices. I just tried with my wife's iphone, and still see the same error before logging into her account, a third EA account using different funding sources. Still doesn't work.
So to recap, I have tried to make a purchase with 3 different PCs, an android phone, and an iphone. I have attempted to buy using all these browsers on every different device Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla and Safari. I have tried to buy using Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal with all different browsers & different devices. I have tried to buy using 3 different EA accounts. I have tried to buy with and without using VPNs. I am only trying to buy EA App not Steam, xBox or Playstation. I try to buy EA Play and EA PlayPro separately of course. I select monthly and annual plans separately of course. All give me the same exact error before proceeding to payment. All give me same exact error after attempting to process the payment. All funding sources I use claim they are getting the request to purchase, but all of them are getting charged $0.00, none of them are rejecting payment, and would not reject payment. I have 800+ credit score, no debt of any kind, I own my own home, and 8 of my credit cards have 10k - 20k credit limits on them.
So when you @EA_Darko, when you go to purchase you never at any time see this message anywhere?

If not, perhaps it's because you still have the cookies on your browsers, and not access to a fresh instance of using the website, so you aren't getting this new issue.
I had EA Play all year up until March 3rd, and my renewal didn't process on one of the three accounts, and I can't buy this any of the accounts. Something is wrong, and just because I am the first to complain that you know of, doesn't mean there aren't other people who are giving up trying. There are problems with your payment processing system all the time. I and many others couldn't buy codes for a particular platform for over a month through the end of January and most of February. I can direct you to a forum about this.
If EA really doesn't want my money, I don't know what I am supposed to do, but I'd truly appreciate if someone would escalate this issue to the proper department that could either fix this or apply EA Play to this account I am typing to you on for free or just bill me. I will pay it. Perhaps someone can call me, and I will give them the credit card over the phone, and they can apply this directly to my account. Since you aren't haven't any issues @EA_Darko would you care to do this? Thank you for your time and thoughtful consideration.
UPDATE
EA Help Chat Advisor gave me a number I can call in 5 hours to process my payment. Will let you know if that works.
