cant buy ea play

i choose the plan and fill my payment info, after clicking proceed to review order i get this message under the credit card number "We're sorry, prepaid cards aren't eligible for use with an EA Play...

As games are a one time transaction and subscriptions are a recurring payment, we do not allow use of prepaid cards for subscriptions.

i guys dont really read the messages you reply to, i said it is NOT a prepaid card it is a debit card, and mastercard is on your list of accepted cards, and it doesnt matter i got it figured out on my own, have a different problem now, but with the way your team handled this issue i have no confidence it will be solved either
