Can't connect to EA servers - Xbox one - Game pass

I recently bought game pass and, at first I could play battlefield and fifa.

But then, I've been having issues. It can not connect to the severs and, when I'm trying to access, a QR code shows up and takes me no where.

I've been trying to link my EA account to my Xbox but it says that there's already an account link to it but the E-mail is non existent. It even has something like @nonplayable.com. or sort of it. But obviously I can't access to that account and I can't play any EA games online and it's very frustrating because I can't understand how I could play at first but then I can not. 

My game pass is running out and still can't play. 

Any advices, guide or what can I do?

    Hi there @f0d12ce087fd2735,

    If your gamertag is currently linked up to a disabled EA account, you'll need to get in contact with the live support team so they can verify your ownership of this older account and help get your gamertag linked up to a different account that you do have access to instead so you can login online again.
