cant dowload ea games on gamepass

I tried downloading Madden 23 on the Xbox PC GamePass, but the "Download" button never loaded (see screeenshot). After some looking around I realized the same problem persists across all EA games on the Game Pass, but every other game on the Game Pass has the "Download" button appear like normal. I've tried logging in and out of Xbox, restarting my PC, and trying to get it straight from EA (which tried charging $10 again even though EA Play should be included with the tier of the Game Pass that I have). None of these worked, and my last solution is letting my subscription run out and restarting it to see if that'll do anything.

Is anyone else having a similar issue, and are there any tried and true solutions?

    Just updated the Xbox app and I'm still having the same issue, and I haven't seen any solutions for it online either.

    @daftITL Can you log into profile.ea.com with your EA account and go into the connections and let me know if the same Gamertag you play with is linked to the EA account you logged in with? Typically when there is no download button at all through any sub, especially Game Pass or EA Play, you are not entitled correctly or there is a sub issue. This doesn't apply to all situations but we have to make sure that is right first.
