Can't download any EA play games from PS Store (PS4)

Hello D4NK3ST_OF_M3M3S​,

did you buy the subscription directly on the Playstation or did you buy it on the EA Website? Can you make sure, that you bought it for the correct platform?

It was purchased through the playstation store directly on the PS4.
