Can't download EA Games from the Xbox App
Hello,
I contacted the support team and they told me that everything was fine in terms of setup between my Xbox Account and my EA Account. Though, I can't download SW Squadrons. When I click on "Install", an EA Play window pops up asking for my credentials. I filled it with my email address and password and then I got the picture attached to this request.
Reshif54 is my Xbox Account so I don't understand why it says that there's another account linked to it when it's clearly not the case (and the support team confirmed).
Can you provide instructions of what I should be doing to resolve this issue please?

Hey @Reshif54 it is most likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and have linked a different account to your Xbox.
For issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

To speak with a chat or phone adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
