Can't install EA games on ps4 even though both accounts are linked and payed for

I am trying to download a EA game through my subscription but it won't let me both accounts are linked and the membership is payed I just can't download the game and it keeps telling me to pay a membership through my ps4.

Hi @LordTay95

An EA Play membership for PC would not carry over to your PlayStation- you'd need a separate membership for your PS4.

If you're being asked to create an EA account on your console however, please check that your PSN and EA accounts are currently linked by following the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/link-your-console-accounts/#how-to

Do you have an EA Play membership for PC, or is this membership for your PlayStation?

I bought my ea membership on PC. But, just like the op, whenever I try to buy stuff for sims on my ps4 it keeps telling me I need an ea account when I already have one I pay for yearly.
