@doubledare1 You should speak to an EA advisor about this issue via live chat. Link is below.
This could be a technical issue that only EA can handle since I don't work for EA.
- @SC3E101 I was speaking to them before and they just kept telling me to reset my password. will try speak to another advisor, hopefully helps.

@doubledare1 Again it is something that EA should be able to help you with since it is something that they can handle on there side.
You should also check with an advisor with Xbox to see if they know anything.
