Can't link EA account to XBOX account.

Whenever I try to log in to EA Desktop with my Xbox account, I get a message saying to reset my password. I cannot use EA Play with Xbox Gamepass because of this! I've already looked into it to know...

Hello, I've already reset my password, multiple times, but the problem won't go away.
Every time I try to play a game from EA Play via Xbox Gamepass on my PC, it says something went wrong.
