Can't play or install EA Play Pro games

Hey @cfcornejo, I checked my EA Play Pro and the games are installing for me. Can you try it again to see if you continue to see the same issue?

Oh, you're right, actually the issue isn't happening with the EA Desktop, it's only with Origin (I even tried to delete the cache and etcetera but that doesn't work), the funny thing is that if I try to download a game that is available with my EA Pro account using the EA Desktop app, after that the game shows as "new game" available at Origin.

Weird stuff.

Hey @cfcornejo, as EA Desktop is still in beta then you may see issues such as this pop up from time to time.

The team continue to work on adding more games and fixing issues.

Oh, yes, but I mean, the issues are actually with the Origin app not with the EA Desktop, my EA Play Pro games are all available on the EA Desktop app but they are being shown as greyed out in the Origin one, but as soon as I try to download a game in the EA Desktop app then it becomes suddenly available also in Origin app. That was the strange thing...

Your EA Desktop and Origin are linked @cfcornejo, if you add a game on one then it will also be added on the other.

Can you try creating a new Windows admin account and then try installing Origin there and see if you continue to see the same issue with Origin.

It is not with just Origin. I use Ea Play For Windows. I have Pro membership, had it for r 3 years, I cannot download any pro games just regular EA PlayI also get the error you don't have access, you don't own this game. Been getting this error for months. Timne to end my membership if I can't download anything

Oh I did install run The Ea play installer as admin so it asks for admin rights every launch. You don't have access is not because of EA Play does not have the necessary permissions. What is causing these Error's and why are they not being addressed?

I have games I actually Own outright on the site I can't even download
