Can't purchase EA Play Pro

Can't purchase EA Play Pro. Keep getting an error message saying my payment method doesn't work, yet I know its not my card as I've made purchases elsewhere. EA don't seem to care or just give the same basic reply which doesn't help. Is anyone else having this issue?

Have you spoken with your bank or card issuer @nodafy?

Tested it just now and working as I would expect.

@EA_Darko Yes everything is fine on my end, I spoke to them and no issues. Also made other purchases with the same card. I was subbed last month but had to cancel, now I can’t re sub

Tested this @nodafy and not seeing an issue. Did your bank see any attempts made to take the money?

@EA_Darko When I spoke to them they said it's not allowing the transaction to go through for whatever reason

Is your bank stopping it or is it on the EA side @nodafy?

@EA_Darko My bank can see the transaction, but something on the EA end is stopping it. I’ve double checked all my details are correct, however it’s still happening
