Can't sign in to my main account

Hello ,first of all i tried to fix this with supports but looks like none left.

I cant login to my main account at all user is: Poxz3r/ Poxzer and cant say my what is my email is in here 

if any EA employ is in here please respond i need help for get back my account have to be sure i can get to my account first then buy BF6!

    i cant do any of these( tried ) any  wont get verify code either form EA at that account !
