Change Cancelation Page NOW
So I just signed up to EA Play to get a free trial of NCAA25 and then immediately went to cancel my membership. Here is what is says on your website:
How do I cancel my EA Play membership? What happens if I cancel?
We’ll be sad to see you go, but we won’t make it harder than it has to be. You can end your membership anytime by visiting https://account.microsoft.com/services/, selecting "Payment & billing", and canceling from there.
But when you follow this link it takes you to your Microsoft account where there is no Payment & Billing section. It took me like 15 minutes to figure out how to cancel my subscription. And funny enough it was a bot I asked the question to and there was no reference to a Microsoft account. I had to sign into my Playstation account and do it from there. So you need to change this now. Why are you doing this? This can't be legal? Why would my Microsoft account have anything to do with EA Play? When I followed this link I looked for a long time and there is NOTHING regarding EA Play. So you need to put the link that actually allows people to cancel their account or this will be addressed in a much more official manner.
