EA Play on Xbox and PC (via Xbox App)

Hey! 👋.
I want to get EA Play and play on Xbox and PC.
If I take out a subscription on the EA website and select Xbox as the platform, can I play the games on both the Xbox and the PC in the Xbox app?

I think it has nothing to do with EA play, but with Microsoft and Xbox. I am asking here, because maybe some of You know it.
