Charged for EA Play despite Game Pass Ultimate Subscription
Hello,
I have just been charged 19.99 for an EA Play subscription despite receiving the service for free via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
When I downloaded Origin/EA Play last year, it identified that there was a duplicate subscription immediately and informed me that no charge would be made and it would be free as part of GPU - yet this is apparently not the case.
I have a EA Play subscription on my PS5 - but this is separate, with that charged separately every October.
How do I go about getting this refunded and properly combined, FOR FREE, with my GPU subscription.
I tried to go on live chat but of course as with most things EA, its broken atm.
