Claim EA Play rewards

How am I supposed to claim my EA play rewards on PS5?

    Got it, thanks! The charm should have been added to your account automatically if you've got an active EA Play membership. If you still aren't seeing it on your account I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look. 


    For more information on how to set up a case with them visit the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

Hi i purchase today the ea play But HOw i get the reward FOR FIFA 21

Hey @reflexmyh1 if not seeing rewards that you should have I would recommend speaking with our live support team.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
