My EA play has stopped working also. Still have gamepass, all synced correctly. It just suddenly stopped today. Working fine yesterday. EA sort it out!!

We have been monitoring this and systems seem to be slowly coming back online.
Please use the EA app recovery, and clear the cache so the app updates.
This is not updated for all players as the system is still coming back up for everyone, so please give it a bit of time.

@miztermustard There isn't a direct solution other than the above as it was already resolved. Can you provide more info on what is specifically happening with yours?
- 1 year ago@EA_Shepard any update on this? im still getting this error, i tried to cancel and resub and in turn lost my 14 day trial too but nothing worked. Trying to install fifa 23 / 22 but nothing works. I have PC Game Pass, I had it back in february and it was working fine for me back then but not anymore
