For some reason after buying the EAPLAY sub I get all the games for free, except the one that I actually want to try out UFC5. Having EA PLAY only gives me a 10% discount on this particular game. What is going on, and how do I fix this?

Sorry to hear you haven't been able to check out the main game you were intending to play. The games available with EA Play can be different depending on different agreements or arrangements with various partners, but you can find the list of which games are included for PlayStation on this page.
It doesn't look like UFC5 is currently part of EA Play unfortunately, but if that changes in the future the link above will be the best place to check the latest updates.
