Dead Space not available on ea play

i bought ea play on ps5. dead space shows up in the ea play play list but when i hover over it the price shows up instead of the free download option. shouldn't dead space be included in ea play? i am in turkey so is this a regional thing? even if it is, it is available on game pass on pc here. so why not on ps5?
