Didn’t get my ea play rewards in fifa 23

Hello i have not got my EA Play rewards in fifa 23 on ps5

it's not letting me chat, or email support for the same issue as it sends me to the "select platform" dropdown where nothing drops down but the select platform option. how can i resolve this if i cant even contact you guys..

    @EA_Darko They couldn’t do anything. Waste of money for this subscription. I want a refund

    I have bought ea play but never received my ea play xp for season  7 can someone please help me, becuase when i gl to ea chat support they just tell me to restart my game, but nothing is happening, can someone please help me
