Didn’t get my ea play rewards in fifa 23

I bought EA Play today to finish the Season Progress objectives with the double EXP boost. When I logged into FIFA 23 the pack and the double EXP boost that I was supposed to receive from the subscription were not there. Is there a way to fix this? I have already contacted EA with no response from them.

HI i spoke to someone today on their live chat because i have the issue and they told me many people across the globe are having this problem as well they also told me that is should be fixed very soon and to keep an eye out for the official ea website because thats apparently where it will be announced when its resolved

I have bought ea play but never received my ea play xp for season  7 can someone please help me, becuase when i gl to ea chat support they just tell me to restart my game, but nothing is happening, can someone please help me

Followed these instructions and was told nothing they could do, even though they could see I had ea Play and hadn’t received rewards.

Still haven’t got my ea xp
