Didn't Recieve any items from EA Play

I have been having the same problem with ea play subscription for more then a year now. I have subscription on steam mainly for Apex Legends rewards but didn't recieve it.Usually, i would go for EA help on twitter(X) and the staff there will help and give the missing charms to me in less then 20 mins.

This time, the missing rewards are from Feburary ("Gilded Grenade" weapon charm), March ("Prowler's Fortune" Weapon Charm), April ("Gilded Fortunes" Weapon Charm), May ("Luxurious Wheels" Weapon Charm), June ("Chemists Delight" Weapon Charm), July ("Golden Helmet" Weapon Charm) and August ("Terminal Bliss" Weapon Charm).

But now EA play private message on twitter(X) have become bots replying and ask u to go to EA Help website for help. I followed the instructions, started a case there saying I have missing rewards from EA Play. After waited for 5-10mins, a staff showed up and saying that he would help and when I replied, a new staff showed up and start from the begining asking what he can do for me and the first one disappeared. I replied to the second staff and of course, the third one disappeared and the third one showed up.... I have been in this situation for almost 6 hrs and 15-16 staffs showed up saying they would help but none of them show up twice. 

Also, i have tried EA Chat, the platform choosing option is bugged, I can't choose what platform I'm in and that means I can't procced to the next step.....

Please Tell me what method I can use to get my charms back.. thanks.

    I understand that must be frustrating, not getting the EA Play rewards.

    Unfortunately, we can't help with this type of issue here, so you would need to get in touch with EA Support.

    I see you already tried that and were running in some difficulties. Could you try another browser and clear your browser cache and try again?
