Does XBOX Game pass saves transfer to Steam?

Good day, I have XBOX Game Pass ultimate which includes EA Play. I was wondering the following; If I play games using EA Play/XBOX Game pass. And I decide to buy the game on Steam. Do my save files ...

    Hi there, @Horthal.

    I'm very sorry, but game saves do not transfer between platforms.

Ah, I see. That's a bummer. I had hoped the saves would be able to be synchronized between the two, oh well. Thanks for the response.
