3 years agoHI @leeg3009uk What is the error message you get when trying to instal via the GamePass client?
Also when you have a moment can you run through the following...
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

@EA_Illium Man you do not know how long I was trying to figure out how to fix this problem! You are a god send lol resetting my cache is what did it, once the app restarted all my games we're back and it recognized my ea play subscription. Thanks a lot!
