EA APP NOT WORKING

hi guys, two days ago, I bought ea play on steam and downloaded battlefield 1. after download, I started battlefield 1 on steam and it automaticly downloaded ea app. Then, I logged in ea app with my steam account. Then, I saw that battlefield 1 is under "my games". after this, I started battlefield 1 again and this time I got "you don't have access" error.at this point, I tried almost everything. app recovery(with administrator priviliges), re-installing ea app, downloading c++ packages again,running ea app with admin priviliges. but, nothing works. Then I saw a forum post "download apex legends, then cancel installition" but the problem is I can't download any game on ea app because when I try to downlaod a game, it always stuck on "preparing" and when I decide to cancel installition, it always stuck on "cancelling". I can't play battlefield and I can't do any thing at the moment. please help me, I really want to play bf 1 ☹️ (btw, I checked my ea account on web site and my steam account is linked, so there is no problem about linking accounts)
