Hello, as I understand you get EA play with Xbox game pass. I have been trying to play F1 23 to try it out, but if I press install on game pass it just takes me to the game on EA app and tells me to either buy the game or buy thee EA Play subscription. Yes - accounts are linked, I checked on both Xbox account and EA account. I tried logging in with Xbox on EA app, tried re-linking it, restarting both apps. No success.

and the support guy here is asking question like there is nothing going on, their end:
"Hey @kubekeczek22,
If you have EA Play, the games won't just automatically show up in your library. If you search for the games on the play list in the store, do you see them pop up then?"
Stop Gaslighting your consumers, before finding out from your tech department if there is indeed an issue.
Frustrates the hell out of me, when support gives the worst troubleshooting steps, when clearly there is a wider issue here.
