Ea FC 25 trial

Whenever I try to play my trial on EAFC 25 it tells me that there was a problem, validating my EA play subscription status. Please try again. I have tried numerous amount of times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have reset my console. Nothing is working. I am 100% sure I have ea play. SOMONE PLEASE HELP

    I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play your game trial. Can you please confirm the platform you're playing on? Also, if possible, please share a screenshot of the error message that you see.
