EA Help solutions unavailable

I subscribed to EA Play 2 days ago and I didn`t receive the supposed rewards. I tried reaching out to support via email but I`m stuck in an infinite loop of sending the same details over and over again. Now they suggest me to go on live chat which is unavailable. Everything is unavailable on EA help. I tried different topics, even a refund because I`m tired of this situation but I can`t reach out to anyone via email or chat, the options are just not there.

How can I solve this issue if none of the contact options are available and the support "agents" are all asking the same questions over an over again?(had 7 different ones so far in 7 emails)
