EA Play + Steam

I've asked this 2 weeks ago and the fact that nobody ever replied(or to 3 separate bug reports) leads me to think you guys are purposefully scamming people or at best not caring that people give you more money than they should have.

But hey let's try this again:

I have EA play through Game Pass, i have EAFC on steam, why the hell does the 10% only apply through the webapp and not via the game. I've bought FC points many times through steam, so i'm quite sure this situation cost me quite some money. This should be resolved because well, i have EA Play and the discount is included.

If i look at the EA Play TOS(https://tos.ea.com/legalapp/eaplay/US/en/PC/) it never states that it should only apply on your own platform instead of third party ones, so please fix this.

    EA Play subscription is not cross-platform, and for that the 10% discount from the Game Pass version will not carry over to Steam store

    Can't you buy directly from what you call "the webapp" ? (unless you already have your money loaded into Steam Wallet, in that case tough luck :/ )

    The TOS doesn't state that the discount isn't cross platform. So it should apply, why else can i get the discount on the webapp and not on steam.

    Besides it's not the point that i can't buy it via the Webapp, it's that i didn't found out about after the fact.
