EA play and f1 22

I've just subscribed to EA play so I can try out f1 22 before I buy it. 10 hour trial I heard but this doesn't show on ps5. Only option is to get less than the £3.99 off the price of buying the game. I also got charged twice. Feeling a little ripped off now. Am I missing something? Is f122 on demo, if not I'd like a refund for both months

Are you sure you're logging in with the account that has the EA Play subscription? If not, it would be best to contact an advisor so they can help find that account.

I'm about to head out for the day. If you still need some help with this, try messaging@EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. Thank you.

I'm not seeing an EA Play subscription on your account. Are you sure you're logging into the account that is subscribed?

Thanks. There's no EA Play subscription on this account. If that's a mistake, please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you.

  • I’m definitely subscribed! I use the subscription quite a bit.

It's possible you subscribed on a different account. Regardless, please contact an advisor as I suggested in my previous post. Thanks!

  • I only have one PlayStation account.

This is the third method of support I’ve tried getting from EA this week. I’ve sent emails where every reply would be “I understand you’re having an issue with (insert a random EA game here). Have you checked your internet connection?”.

The Twitter support told me to contact PlayStation support.

This level has been the most promising so far, but still not capable of a solution.

This thread here explains the issue as EA had the same issue with FIFA and in the end it was something EA had to fix.

I advise trying our Twitter or Facebook help. You can also start a chat with an advisor or request a callback (if your region supports it) by opening a case here. Email is going to be the slowest method of support.
