EA PLAY APP ISSUES

If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know, I've had EA play for a while but i never really had any games on it and it would open and everything just fine, now recently i bought EA FC 26 on epic games and all of a sudden it doesn't work and says "background services crashed" please help me someone...
