I would recommend getting in touch with Playstation Support, since this has to do with their Store. They should be able to help resolve this issue for you.

        Hi @iluminatethesky I have just spoken to PlayStation's team and they mentioned that EA would have to cancel my EA Play subscription, in order to allow me buy the game.

        I have cancelled the subscription on my PS5, however it is still valid for the coming weeks. How can I cancel my EA Play subscription right now, so I can buy the FIFA 21?
