EA Play doesn't open up on PS4

Hi. My brother has EA Play Hub installed in his PlayStation 4. When he opens the APP, it doesn't load anything: he can't see games of his subscription, he can't see free games, he can't see installed...

    Hi @NiccolottoPuzzol, 

    The EA Play app is no longer supported on PS4. Rather than using the app, your brother should be able to just download EA Play games directly from the PSN Store.
