[EA Play] EA Play Pro Refund Request

So recently my gamepass expired (got a new debit card, forgot to switch over) and I had the ultimate pass that came with EA Pro. I play battlefield a ton so in the EA launcher, when notified my membership expired, I renewed it. It was at this point I realized, however, that this wasn't the renewal of my gamepass, it was ONLY for EA Pro. I noticed this immediately after. Is there any way I can request a refund for this? As I will still be paying for EA Pro, I just want it to be under gamepass and not only EA.

Is there anything I can do?

@Kristxnv If you were charged for EA Play, you would need to reach out to live support so that they can check the billing.

Anything with Game Pass would be handled with Xbox.

Dear EA Sports Customer Support, I hope this message finds you well. I recently discovered a membership charge on my account that I was not previously aware of. Upon reviewing my bank statements, I noticed a recurring fee associated with an EA Sports membership, which I did knowingly have. I would like to request a refund for these charges as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I do not have any recollection of subscribing to any EA Sports membership service recently and I believe there may have been a misunderstanding or error. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly and refunding the unknown charges back to my account. If there are any further details or documentation required from my end to facilitate this process, please let me know, and I will be more than happy to provide them. Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I look forward to your prompt response. I believe that this was a misunderstanding since I had a ea play membership on my ps5 and canceled that and thought that was the same thing as my ea play membership on pc. I also would like to ask if the ea play purchase on pc would give you the benefits like it would on ps5.

Ea Play is not cross-platform. If you have the subscription on PC and want it on a console, you would need to purchase it on that console. More info on the subscription can be found in the EA Play FAQ article.
