Ea play fifa 22 bonus

Hi, i'm subscibed to ea play, but i didn't received the bonuses in fifa 22

Which specific bonuses are you missing and which version of EA Play and FIFA do you have?

Those are the bonuses i'm missing(the screenshot is in italian). I have the ultimate edition of fifa 22, ea play idk i think the basic subscription

    I have seen other players getting these rewards. Should they still be missing for you, then please get in touch with our support team through EA Help.

        Really? Well unfortunately we won't be able to check this for you or restore the missing rewards as it's all about account related information @Sesithegoat.

        If there is a general issue where none of the players are receiving their rewards, then I can bring it up with the teams. That doesn't seem to be the case though and this has to be resolved through our support teams. 

        Could you please reach out again?
