They really never cared about costumers, but the staff in this site just shows it with pride. They just hit you with the copy paste "your feedback was emailed to the staff" and that's it, never present a real solution. Wonder how much they make tho, seems like an ideal job. Just CTRL + V from question to question you know.

Dude didn't know though. He's a minion making minimum wage and probably doesn't speak English. EA has never cared about their consumers or their franchises, only the bottom line. If enough people are playing without complaint of not having achievements, they won't ever add them to the beta. Which sucks.
We can only hope as the lowly paesants that we are, we shall prey for the EA king to allow us to have access to xbox achievements on the ea play app.
