EA Play games not launching

EA play games dont work for me, i run on an ultrawide (3840x1080) and have tried sizing down the monitor to (1920x1080) to no avail. Everytime a game tries to launch this popup window called "Compatability32\EADesktop.exe" runs for a milisecond and nothing even happens. Ive tried to play PVZ:GW2, BFV, and ME:A which launched according to the EA App but attached is a screenshot of it being a background process? no clue. none of which worked and gave the same milisecond popup. One game that did work is ME:Legendary edition. No clue what the issue is and support told me to post on here for help.

Ive tried everything, reinstalling, relogging, restarting, clean boot, turning off anti-virus, using NVIDIA Geforce to optimize the games, even buying EA Play TWICE once on steam for 30$ and now on the EA App for 5$. Nothing works.
