I purchased EA Play Pro today to play bf6 multiplayer but it's not applying in-game. I had originally downloaded the game from steam, but subscribed through the ea play app. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted files, everything, but nothing seems to work. Please Help!

i have a similar issue. i subscribed to ea play pro, in order to play bf6 through ea app and while it shows that i "own" the game, i cant play the multiplayer/single player parts from inside the game. it allows me to enter but when i choose to play (not the free2play) it asks me to upgrade . if i press the button its asking me to buy the game.
im having the exact same issue. Played REDSEC then decided to get the subscription. i uninstalled on steam and got everything done through EA launcher(i got EA play pro). the game does not let me play the base game and asks me to upgrade. super annoyed. did all the trouble shooting steps like deleting folders, clearing cache, restarting, etc.
I found the solution on another forum with same issue. Go to the store page for BF6 then add to library and launch. happy grinding! 🍻
