I am experiencing an issue with my account. Accused of selling coins on Fifa, I don't play or own Fifa. Account was labelled as hacked and banned.
Followed instructions and submitted a ticket. Still waiting and they don't seem to have a problem charging me for membership for a banned account. I can't get a hold of EA support Australia.

If you have already followed the steps in this article, you've done the right thing and it's a matter of waiting to hear back from Terms of Service on the account ban. Once they have received your case and completed their investigation into the ban, they'll reach out to you via email from this address: noreply@ea.com

Though is there anyone I can reach out to on EA Answers or anywhere else to speed this up?
It's been three months and this account was banned due to a violation of conditions, though it was hacked. I really don't understand how this could possibly take this long.

I have tried to contact EA play via twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
My cases are still in progress, I have a heap of games on this account and it's impacting my Xbox Game pass experience as well.
