EA Play Hub no longer working

EA play worked on PS4. Once i switched to PS5, EA play does not work anymore. I cannot even start EA play icon and the following message appears:

This PS4 game isn't playable on PS5. For more information, go to PlayStation.com/bc.

    Hey EA Play members,

    I have merged a few topics where you were wondering why the EA Play Hub is no longer working. 

    Well, this is because the EA Play Hub is retired and instead you can download your games and trials directly through the stores on your consoles.

    @Jorg1813 Yeah it's a mess. Evidently EA Origin isn't cross-device and your subscription on a PC doesn't mean jack on the PS5. Very disappointing in this day and age. Especially when you can get Playstation Now and have it work on both the PS and PC.

    Hey @Rikaelus, our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time. As such if you wish to use EA Play on different platforms then you will need an active membership on each.

    That's not very consumer friendly. So what you are saying is if I play on Playstation, Xbox or computer I need to have three subscriptions? Haha no wonder your company has been voted the worst company several times. 😁👌

    I thought greed was a sin, but I'm not very religious and EA isn't either apparently. 👍🤡

    @EA_Lanna This has to be the dumbest most unprepared & lazy thing ever. How are you EA and can’t make an EA play hub compatible for next gen consoles like is this seriously a joke?

    Same problem all I no is I signed up for madden etc -and the other games are helpful I signed up for a year but I dunno when it end and does that mean I can’t try reapply - only reason I even think about this is because ( to view how long I’m  covered for basically - and when I have to pay again basically if I do —-) I just want to know if this is permanent or if it is something they will change in the up coming weeks

    That's *. If I pay for the membership, then I should be able to use the membership on all platforms. Once again EA showing how greedy, money hungry, And just overall * company you are. I'm glad star wars finally came to their senses and took away the exclusive contract with EA. That was the only reason to play EA. Now I won't have to deal with your greedy company anymore. You lost a long time EA play subscriber today. After finding out I have to pay for multiple accounts for my other platforms, I will never subscribe again.

    I'm sorry Darko to tell you that you're wrong.

    EA Play is necessary because you have missions on the app, and to access them you need the app.

    what are you talking about not available with series x? is there anyone from ea that knows what they are talking about ?
