EA Play Hub PS4

Ea play hub launches but the play list and installed games are blank, game trials are all that show up. Latest version has been installed, have deleted and reinstalled still with no luck

@EA_Cade There was a problem with my ea play hub the play list, is there any way to fix the problem?
