EA Play Hub, the app, PS4, captcha.

Question

Hi.First I must say I am not quite sure if this is an EA-problem, or a Sony problem.I downloaded the EA Play Hub-app, on PS4, and launches it. After writing password, I get to Captcha-security check, and this is where the trouble begins.After writing one captcha-letter, the dialogue box for keyboard closes, and cursor is moved down to the 'Next' or 'Refresh' box. When I go back up to complete captcha, instead of adding more letters, I am just changing the one I can write, then rinse and repeat, it dialogue box closes.I just recently tried uninstalling, and installing again. I also tried to use wifi-hotspot through mobile, but still same problem.

I finally got around it by quickly hitting triangle to make a space (which takes the highlight off of the letter you just typed), then erasing the space and repeating for each letter&nbsp;

Had some trouble with password now also, thus the extra wait.

I haven't gotten around to trying the afore mentioned method, but even though it is a quick fix, there is an underlying problem that need solving.
