ive cancelled the origin access subscription however the payment still went through, how do i refund this?

I downloaded Sims 4 last night and accidentally paid for the PC version as it said it was compatible on both PC and Mac however when downloaded and installed it was greyed out as it was only for PC, and I have a Mac. Is there anyone I can contact or are you able to help me get a refund as when I try to apply for a refund it says I have no games for refund available
