I just recently purchased origin access on my pc to play sims 4, i have been playing it for a couple of days.

However, I just purchased a mac and i now want to play on that, i now know that origin access doesn't work on mac, and then i have to buy it to play it on mac.

But when i go into my origin and it says 'buy to play on mac" i click on that and it wont let me buy it, do i have to cancel my subscription then buy it or is there something i am not seeing. 

Please help!!!!

    I've merged your post into this thread to keep all the Mac and Origin Access issues together. Please see if the screenshots in the opening post help you.

    What do you mean it won't let you buy it? What happens?
