Hello everyone!

I recently purchased The Sims 4 through Origin Basic Access. However, after I installed the program, I am only having access to The Sims 3. I am so confused because I read the system requirements before purchasing it, and it seemed to be compatible. I have a MacBook:

Mac OS Mojave

version: 10.14.6 (18G103)

processor: Pro/ 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5

memory: 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

HD: 500GB

Does anyone know why this is happening?

p.s. I can't log in origin website at all. It keeps showing "Sign in is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

    The game is compatible on a Mac but Origin Access isn't. Please read the opening post in this thread I have moved your post to for instructions on how to buy the game.
