Ea play keeps taking payments

Hi Ea keep taking money from my account for ea play even though i have cancelled it.Been happening for months now. I can’t see any payment methods on account and can’t find a way to contact EA in uk...

    Hey there @mazza 

    It sounds like you may have an active EA Play membership on a separate account if you're still being billed after cancelling. This isn't something we can check for over the forums with you, but the live support team can review your account and billing information to be sure your membership is fully cancelled. 

    If this is for EA Play Pro on PC, you can contact live support by following these steps. 

    If you're playing on Xbox or PlayStation, you'll want to contact either Microsoft or Sony support to get this cancelled as console memberships are billed directly through them.
