EA Play Pro Not Activated, but Payment Was Charged

On October 11, 2025, I purchased an EA Play Pro subscription for one month. The system showed that the payment failed, but when I checked my bank account, I saw that the amount for the subscription had already been charged. However, my EA Play Pro subscription has not been activated.

When I checked my order history on my EA account, it shows the status as “Failed.” I’ve attached a screenshot of this for reference.

I’m very frustrated and concerned that I may have lost my money. Please look into this issue and contact me as soon as possible.

  • I'm having the same issue since Oct 7.  Online support told me first that the payment didn't go through, they they said that they cancelled the order, and then the guy wrote "I did what I could, what else do you want from me?" and ended the conversation.  Support team closed my case without solving the problem.  I applied to the refund in the bank as a scam purchase, don't see other way to make EA do anything.

  • I have the same on 9 October, my money goes although subscription never reach my account. Putting the case with my bank to get money back.
