I've Purchased EA Play to go on F1 2021, but when i load the game up its saying i don't own the game and its got me on what looks like a demo version, all the other games are working fine like UFC and FIFA, just F1 im having issues with. any help is appreciated! console ps4

I've not purchased the full game, just downloaded it through ea play, i have had ea play before and played F1 on it fine, just recently purchased my membership back again
Community ManagerHey @adepressedchimp if you have previously purchased it and it is not working then for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to take a look at and advise you further.
It may be a case that you need to speak with PSN support but our team will let you know what they can don.
